I’m a forty-something Montanan with a tender spot for wide skies, fresh air, and that quiet joy you feel on a mountaintop. I’m a professional by day and a creator at heart. Hobby photographer, painter, writer, crafter, and unabashed baker. I sing terribly and often (because joy doesn’t need a perfect pitch). I’m a dog mom to two happy tails, Charlie and Molly, a sister, best friend, and partner who believes in faith more than formality. The simple things light me up: a Friday-afternoon date, cooking dinner on a weeknight, hugging my family, watching spring flowers and fall rain, and chasing sunrises and sunsets across central Montana.
This space was born from a long season of burnout. Years of living in fight-or-flight, never feeling enough, and finally a breakdown that became my self-intervention. A kind doctor reminded me there’s no pill for happiness and joy, so I began a slow, stubborn healing: hypnosis, spinal flow, kinesiology, massage, meditation, and a lot of grace. I’m not here to pretend the road is straight; there are loops, detours, and one-way stretches, but I am here to share what’s helping me build a beautiful life. If you’re walking your own road back to yourself, I hope you find a companion in these words and a little oxygen for your next step.
